Management Statements

Rules for Comments

Rule 1: Enjoy your time at PoliWatch.

Rule 2: If you are going to criticize, (who doesn't), criticize the words and content which someone else wrote, NOT the person who wrote them. Criticism of other's personal characteristics, intelligence, or abilities are not topics for discussion at PoliWatch.

Rule 3: Stay on the topic of the Article. Or, at the very least, tie your comments into the topic of the article. Diverging from the article's topic in a major way, or unfriendly way, is a distraction from the article Author's content.

If you are bursting to discuss a new topic, go to our Forum and sign-in (or register), and write up your own political topic. If it's good enough, we will publish it.

Rule 4: Keep the language general audience. Specifically, that means use language suitable for public schools and public news channels. Keep photos and images to this same standard.

Rule 5: There is a link on PoliWatch's pages for sending email to PoliWatch's management. If you wish to make suggestions or criticize the PoliWatch site or its management, use this link. Or, you can use our Forum page to lodge complaints or suggestions; there are forums for that express purpose.

Critique of PoliWatch or its management is not acceptable in the comments to our Author's articles.

Participants at PoliWatch are guests. The site is to be used for its express purposes only and guests are expected to conduct themselves as guests. Violations of the above rules may result in the violator being banned from leaving further comments here.

Rule 6: Enjoy your time at PoliWatch.

Please send questions or comments regarding these rules to the PW Manager: Editor [at] PoliWatch.org
