Frightened Obamaphobes

Obama in Germany - Courtesy Reuters.gifBy this time everybody knows that Barack Obama delivered an outstanding speech in Germany. It was greeted by a raving audience of over 200,000 people streching for a mile. Obviously he was a hit. Republicans are so scared of the affect of this grand reception on the American public, they are denigrating everything about the speech.

Clean Energy: The Best Investment

President Bush's main reason for not promoting the development of clean energy - wind, solar and other non-carbon fuels - is that it may be a burden on business. He and many economists have been telling us that all-out investment in CO2-free fuels would place a burden on our economy. We should, they say, concentrate on oil and coal, at least for now.
